EMDR is the leading treatment for trauma, but can also be used to help treat depression, anxiety, OCD, and body image issues.

EMDR utilizes bilateral stimulation to remove emotional scar tissue from your brain. Together, we help to take negative beliefs about self such as “I am not good enough” or “I am not safe”, and turn them into thoughts like “I am enough” or “I am learning to feel safe in my body”.

Often times, we think to ourselves “but what happened to me isn’t that bad. Worst things happen to people”. Therapy provides the safe space to heal from difficult experiences from our past, no matter how big or little.
